Vehjùkùhij̼ Se (/ˈvehjʊ/ /ˈkʊhij̼/ [silver] [delicious]) is a subtropical Town located in the Iēibonjām Region of the Tetbur Commune.
The name Vehjùkùhij̼ Se is derived from the Tauric language, as Vehjùkùhij̼ Se was founded by Zleg̈ Qíhgā, who was culturaly Tauric.
Climate
Vehjùkùhij̼ Se has a yearly average temperature of 29°C (84°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a hot 32°C (89°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a warm 26°C (78°F). Vehjùkùhij̼ Se receives an average of 208 cm/y (81 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Vehjùkùhij̼ Se covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 1232 m (4041 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Vehjùkùhij̼ Se was founded durring the late 16th century in summer of the year 1471, by Zleg̈ Qíhgā. The establishment of Vehjùkùhij̼ Se was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Vehjùkùhij̼ Se's construction back out of the project. Zleg̈ Qíhgā pushed on reguardles, and Vehjùkùhij̼ Se was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Vehjùkùhij̼ Se was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Vehjùkùhij̼ Se is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Vehjùkùhij̼ Se is buildings are arranged arround a network of premissive cobblestone streets which form a diamond shaped grid, where each diamond verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller diamond has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town has a defencive wall made from querried stone. The wall is equipped with a full set of battlments but the nature of its construction methodology leaves it somewhat vulnerable to siege equipment. That said, the town is well defended against anything short of an army. Vehjùkùhij̼ Se's cost-cutting-focused defences are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the town as needed.
Your first impression of Vehjùkùhij̼ Se proves to be right on the money. This town is where the rebels chose to settle. Fashion trends are quite simply the opposite of what’s popular in the other nearby communities. THis trend extends everywhere. Things that should be black are white, what would normally be square is organically curved, and what is typically unthinkable for polite society is more than welcome in this public square. Up to the logical limits, of course. There’s no flaying someone alive to eat their skin going on, but the women are dressed a little immodestly, the men are a little more emotional, and the food is all overly complex and terrible.

Vehjùkùhij̼ Se has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Vehjùkùhij̼ Se.
Vehjùkùhij̼ Se has a Gravedigger's Guild, which is responsible for collecting the dead and laying them to rest according to all applicable laws and religious customs.
Vehjùkùhij̼ Se has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
Vehjùkùhij̼ Se has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Vehjùkùhij̼ Se's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Vehjùkùhij̼ Se has an Administrative Academy which trains individuals in the administrative arts.
Vehjùkùhij̼ Se has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Vehjùkùhij̼ Se has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
Vehjùkùhij̼ Se's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used embraces individualism and experimentation. It emerged as a movement against traditional, classical styles and sought to make buildings dynamic and fun while breaking the rules. The style incorporated elements of previous architectural styles in exaggerated and whimsical ways. Traditional, conservative leanings were void in this era, with most scholars of architecture agreeing it was a time of “anything goes.”.
Due to the actions of local Kami, winter is skipped in Vehjùkùhij̼ Se.
The Ramidreju near Vehjùkùhij̼ Se are known to be a mutant strain of the creature.
Vehjùkùhij̼ Se's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in spring and involves drinking to channel Abjuration energies of tier 3 via singing.
